Yes. All Nimco Delight products are prepared from fresh batches and properly sealed before dispatch. We do not ship old or stale stock.

If you receive an incorrect item, contact us. We will provide a return address. Once the product is received back, a replacement parcel will be sent.
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) as well as online payments through available payment gateways at checkout.
Returns or refunds are only accepted if the product is wrong or damaged.
Returns based on taste preference, personal choice, or change of mind are not accepted.
Return Policy
If a customer receives a wrong product, they must inform us within 24 hours of delivery and provide clear photos or videos as proof. Once the issue is verified, we will share an official return address. The customer must send the incorrect product back in unused, unopened, and original condition. After the returned product is received, a replacement parcel will be dispatched. Nimco Delight is not responsible for courier delays or losses during return shipping, and returns without prior approval will not be accepted.
